Source for local investor requirements for real estate? - real estate equity investors
I am working on a project for school, where one of the expectations of local investors for the Memphis, TN real estate market in the area to create housing, detached house for sale. I need a debt (lenders) and equity (the borrower), the prospects for investors. Does anyone know a website or publishing, the list would be?

Since this is a school project, I wonder if you can not do on their own values rather than the actual knowledge of the market. For example, the expectations of most donors to interest rate and term of the loan and the borrower are based were paid as rent, which of the vacancy rates, insurance, taxes, duties, taxes, depreciation, appreciation, knowledge, and so the expectations of the housing market a subjective opinion, so there are no universal truths.
Search the Web - there are dozens of investment forums, and many of these lenders is around or work for lenders.
